Official Player Agreement & Event Itinerary

PLAYER AGREEMENT (TERMS & CONDITIONS)

By participating in the Certified Buckets Champion Series I 1v1 Showcase, each player agrees to the following:

1. COMPETITION FORMAT & RULES

  • 1v1 Half Court Format

  • Main Events: First to 30 (win by 2) OR straight to 35

  • Undercard Matchups: First to 21 (win by 2) OR straight to 25

  • 4 Dribble Maximum per possession

  • 1 Shot per possession (no offensive rebounds)

  • Make-It-Take-It format

  • Scoring:

    • Field Goals = 2pts / 3pts

    • Free Throws = 1pt

All rulings are final and enforced by Certified Officials.

2. PLAYER EXPECTATIONS

  • Check in (via text, phone call, or in person) no later than 11:00 AM

  • Be game-ready upon arrival

  • Maintain professional conduct and composure at all times

  • Participate in media obligations (interviews, promo clips, content capture)

  • Wear approved or neutral gear (no conflicting branding without approval)

3. MEDIA & CONTENT RIGHTS

  • All gameplay, interviews, and event footage are owned and distributed by INNR VWS Media

  • Players grant full likeness rights for promotional and commercial use

  • Players are encouraged to share content and tag @innrvws

4. HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY

  • Participation is at your own risk

  • Players confirm they are physically fit and cleared to compete

  • INNR VWS Media, venue partners, and affiliates are not liable for injury or personal loss

5. CODE OF COMPETITION

  • Compete with intensity, discipline, and respect

  • No fighting, excessive taunting, or unsportsmanlike conduct

  • Violations may result in disqualification and removal from the event

6. COMPENSATION AGREEMENT (SEPARATE DOCUMENT)

  • Player compensation, incentives, and any performance bonuses are outlined in a separate, player-specific agreement

  • This document must be reviewed, agreed upon, and signed independently

  • Participation in the event confirms acknowledgment of both agreements

EVENT ITINERARY (RUN OF SHOW)

10:00 AM – Staff Setup (Certified Bucket Team Only)

  • Court buildout, branding, production setup

11:00 AM – Player Arrival & Check-In

  • Registration, waivers, locker/setup

11:30 AM – Warm-Ups + Content Capture

  • Player intros, interviews, media assets

12:00 PM – GAME 1 (Youth Showcase Game)

12:45 PM – Undercard Matchups Begin

  • 5–7 Total Matchups Scheduled

  • Estimated 30–45 minutes per game

~5:30 PM – MAIN EVENT MATCHUPS (Final 2 Games)

  • Headline matchups

  • Full production focus

~7:00 PM – Postgame Interviews & Media Run

~7:30 PM – Event Conclusion
