Our Community Wellness coverage explores the organizations, initiatives, and events working to build healthier, stronger, and more connected communities. We begin with Free Chicken Athletics, a community-focused fitness organization built on a simple belief: it doesn’t cost money to get stronger. Through accessible fitness programs, education, group activities, and community events, FCAA encourages people of all ages and fitness levels to get active, challenge themselves, and pursue healthier lifestyles. That mission came to life with the Warren’s Got Max 5K, sponsored by INNR VWS Media—the first major step in a growing movement centered on fitness, participation, and community strength.
Wellness in Motion takes INNR VWS Media beyond the sidelines and into the experience. Our staff participates firsthand in fitness events, races, wellness challenges, and community activities, bringing readers authentic stories about the people, preparation, atmosphere, challenges, and impact behind each experience. Beginning with Warren’s Got Max 5K, we’re documenting what it means to get active, show up, and experience wellness alongside the communities we cover—because sometimes the best way to tell the story is to live it.
Our Wellness Community Spotlight is a monthly INNR VWS Media column recognizing the people making health, fitness, and wellness a way of life within our communities. Through participation, education, motivation, and inspiration, we celebrate trainers, educators, advocates, athletes, community leaders, and everyday individuals who lead by example and encourage others to become healthier, stronger, and more intentional. Wellness is more than a personal journey—it’s a community movement.
